Our design fees depend on the service and scope of your project. To give you an idea, our starting rates are:
Full-Service Design: PhP 75,000
Core Design: PhP 50,000
e-Design : PhP 40,000 per room*
Interior Styling & Procurement: PhP 35,000**
Designer for a Day: PhP 15,000 Flat rate***
*e-Design projects with open plan spaces, such as studio units, lofts, or combined living, dining, and kitchen areas, may have rates that vary depending on the layout.
**Interior Styling & Procurement projects outside Metro Manila will incur additional travel and logistics fees.
***Designer for a Day is offered in key cities within Metro Manila: Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Quezon City, Pasay, Manila, and San Juan. -

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. We’ll share an estimated schedule at the start of the project and keep you updated throughout. For reference, a Full-Service Design condo renovation project typically takes at least 3 months from the initial design phase until the final interior styling.

We suggest reaching out as soon as you’re ready to begin. Once you complete our Inquiry Form, we’ll review the details and send a proposal. Your project start date will be confirmed after the agreement is signed and the acceptance fee is settled.
